Return Policy

30-day returns on unused products. Straightforward process, fair terms.

Return Eligibility

You may return most unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In unused, uninstalled condition
  • In original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
  • Accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our work, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built chassis and fabricated-to-order products made to your specifications
  • Installed or modified items — products that have been mounted, welded, drilled, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without authorization or outside the 30-day window
  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at patriot@patriotchassis.com or call (509) 675-7083 with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For defective products or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange freight pickup at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Patriot Chassis is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we complete the inspection.

If the returned item shows signs of use, installation, or damage not disclosed at the time of the return request, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether through a replacement, repair, or full refund. Defective and damaged item claims are handled on a priority basis and do not count against the standard 30-day return window.

Warranty Returns

Returns related to warranty claims (structural defects, materials, or workmanship) are handled separately under our Warranty Policy. Patriot Chassis structural components carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
