By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from Patriot Chassis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Items listed as "Contact for Price" require a custom quote based on your specific build requirements. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Custom chassis and fabrication orders are quote-based. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Production timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as custom work may encounter unforeseen engineering challenges. Any changes to specifications after work has begun may affect the final price and timeline. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days for delivery. Oversized items and freight shipments (such as complete chassis systems) may have different timelines and will be quoted separately.
Risk of loss and title for all items passes to the buyer upon pickup by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged shipment, please document the damage and contact us immediately.
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization.
All Patriot Chassis structural components (chassis frames, crossmembers, brackets, trusses, and welded assemblies) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Wear items (bushings, seals, gaskets, and similar consumables) are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective item at our discretion.

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Patriot Chassis reserves the right to inspect any claimed item before approving a warranty replacement or repair.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, create an account, or make a purchase. By using our website and placing orders, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Patriot Chassis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders, requesting custom builds, or submitting contact forms. This includes your shipping address, vehicle specifications, and contact details. Patriot Chassis is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and the Patriot Chassis name and brand — is the property of Patriot Chassis and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Except for the express product warranty stated in Section 7, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patriot Chassis disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Chassis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriot Chassis, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse or improper installation of any product purchased from us.
Patriot Chassis shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, material shortages, labor disputes, pandemics, or interruptions in transportation or utility services. In the event of a force majeure, estimated timelines for custom builds and shipments will be adjusted accordingly and communicated to the customer.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and payment processors. These links are provided for your convenience only. Patriot Chassis does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Idaho.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
