Shipping, returns, warranty, and other company policies

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our Northern Idaho facility. Shipping times and costs vary based on the size and weight of your order and your location. Large items like chassis systems are shipped via freight carrier. Smaller components ship via UPS or FedEx.

We will provide tracking information for all shipments. Please contact us for shipping estimates on large or custom orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange.

Custom-built chassis and fabricated-to-order items are non-returnable. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before ordering custom work.

Warranty

All Patriot Chassis structural components (chassis frames, crossmembers, brackets, trusses, and welded assemblies) carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Wear items (bushings, seals, gaskets, and similar consumables) are covered for one year from date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, racing, or modifications not approved by Patriot Chassis. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. See our Terms of Service for full warranty details and exclusions.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom chassis orders and turn-key builds require a deposit to begin work. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are agreed upon during the consultation phase. All deposits are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
